There’ve been lots of specualtion about what the iPad means to the real estate industry. Most agree that tablets, whether iPad or another brand, will be game changers. Plus, we get an option for wireless transaction management. Finally, with so much connectivity, we get some serious tips on how to stay productive.
Will the iPad change real estate?
I will not be getting an iPad, first I am not a fan of Steve Jobs arrogance or the ATT network, but replace the word iPad with tablets and now I am a believer. With current mobile tools I have gone almost completely paperless. My exception is MLS sheets when showing houses to buyers and listing presentations. Both of those will be taken care of with a tablet. Now I just need to wait for a good Android tablet on Verizon and I will be happy. Watch this iPad video and be sure to follow the link on that page for more thoughts on the “tablet revolution”.
Wireless transaction management
I am always looking for a good CRM transaction management system. I have yet to find the perfect one for me. Here is a new one called Paperless Pipeline. I haven’t tried it yet, but it does look like it may be a simple, easy to use system. Let me know if you have tried it and what your thoughts are.
Email productivity tips from an email marketer
This is an article published here on RETechSource and I want to make sure you read it. I sent an email to Mark about a week ago and got a strange but intriguing response. I asked Mark about what he was doing and, after he explained, urged him to write an article about it. Check out his article here (premium). I can see some great potential in his methods. I just don’t know if I am ready to go that route yet. Looking forward to a one month follow up to see his results.
